Instructions

1. As Deku Link, stand to the left or right of the boulder blocking entrance to the Goron racetrack.
2. Align yourself so that you are facing sideways towards the area where the wall and the boulder meet.
3. Start sidestepping into this area, and while doing so, pull up the left side of the cartridge.
4. You should go straight through the boulder and into the area behind. Quickly push the cartridge back in before the screen starts to fade.

Result

You'll now be in the racetrack area. It's no different to what it is like if you enter it using a Powder Keg, though.
