Contents

Proper Title Format

If you wish to create a new glitch page, please make sure to use the correct title formatting style. An example of the current glitch title formatting scheme, is:

Game Namespace - Glitch Name Here

Here are some examples of improper title formatting:
Bad Formatting

Majora's Mask:Miscellaneous Glitches 12 Hour Time Traveler

This is actually the former title formatting scheme that used to be used on this wiki. If a page looks like this, please help us out by moving it over to the current formatting scheme.

majora's mask miscellaneous glitches - 12 hour time traveler

The URL is not capitalized. If your URL looks like this, then it is wrong. Please capitalize it.

Majora's Mask Miscellaneous Glitches 12 Hour Time Traveler

This is better, but it is lacking the hyphen between the word "glitches" and the glitch's name itself.

Correct Formatting

Majora's Mask Miscellaneous Glitches - 12 Hour Time Traveler

This title has been properly formatted. Among other things, it is capitalized and has the hyphen between the namespace and the glitch name.

Creating the actual page

Disabling the Table of Contents

Is a table of contents unnecessary due to the length of your page? If so, add this:

__NOTOC__

Otherwise use:

{{TOC right}}

YouTube Video

YouTube videos can be put into the page by taking the following code and inserting the video ID of your video:

<video type="youtube" id="Youtube video ID goes here" width="320"/>

Warning Messagebox

You can have a general message here if you want. Only use this when discussing DANGEROUS glitches.

{{GeneralWarningTemplate|WARNING!|'''Insert warning here.'''}}

Header Box for Game Glitches

Header info boxes go here.

{{GameGlitchHeader|Version and or Region Codes|discovered=Finder's name goes here|verified=Has it been verified?}}

     * 0 - X mark <- Glitch cannot occur in this version of the game.

* Verified (One argument)
     * 1 - This glitch has been verified by someone personally and/or there is a YouTube video depicting it.
     * 0 - This glitch has not yet been verified. Possible reasons for this include: no one has gotten around to verifying it, and a YouTube video depicting it does not yet exist. There is also a possibility that the box is incorrectly marked, and should have a "1" value instead.

* Link to Game (One argument)
     * You merely need to insert a hyperlink to the main category.
     * Only use when necessary.

* Displayed Text of Link (One argument)
     * Same as above. This, however, is what the reader will actually see when viewing the page.
     * Make sure you wrap square brackets around the text.

Requirements

  • Insert the requirements here.
  • Use bullet points when listing requirements. Do not number them, as numbers are used when giving the instructions.
  • There is no limit to the number of requirements you can list. Put down as many as necessary.
  • To insert a bullet, type "*".

Instructions

  1. Use the "#" (hash) sign when marking numbered steps.
  2. Use as many hash signs for steps as necessary.
  3. If you have a lot of text under a single step, it will be automatically wrapped to the next line and automatically formatted. No tabbing or additional spacing is necessary.

Effects

Insert the results of the glitch here.

Effects of Sub-Glitches

Is the glitch required to perform another, separate glitch? If so, insert a hyperlink to those glitches. If those glitches lack a page on this wiki, briefly describe them here.

Notes

Is there anything else you wish for the reader to know? Insert that here. If you have multiple notes, try bulleting them.

Instructions

  1. Perform the City In The Sky Early glitch or beat the Temple of Time so you have access to the Cannon.
  2. Go to the Cannon so that Minda is floating over the cannon and that the screen shows the "Warp" and "Speak to Minda" options.
  3. Save the game and reload your saved game file.

Results

You will be in the cannon room. If you try to warp yourself or the cannon Minda will say that Shad is watching you. If you try to leave the room the camera will look at Shad and he will say something like "(Players Name) where are you going?". Look around, Shad is nowhere to be seen! He isn't loaded! Your save file will be stuck like this forever and unless you backup your file before trying this you will have to start a new game to progress.

Notes

Nintendo of America has fixed this glitch in newer versions of Twilight Princess (Wii).
