Majora's Mask Any Item Epona - Items

A list of what can and can't be used on Epona, thanks to Pikachu.

All Forms Except Deku Link

All forms of Link can use:

• Ocarina (appears as the form's usual instrument)
• Magic Beans
• Lens of Truth
• A bottled item
• Event items
• Transformation masks

All forms of Link can use the following items, but not properly:

• Empty Bottle (no swing)
• Bombs and Powder Kegs (no throw)
• Bombchu (no drop)

Child Link

Link can use:

• Bow (without Magic Arrows)
• Happy Masks other than the Giant's Mask.

Link can use the following items, but not properly:

• Bow with Magic Arrows (no magic)
• Deku Stick
• Great Fairy's Sword
• Hookshot(no chain launched).

Link cannot use:

• Deku Nut
• Pictograph Box (will buzz you).
• Giant's Mask (freezes)

Deku Link

Deku Link is completely disabled while on Epona C-wise. Deku Link cannot use any item whatsoever.

Goron Link (Darmani)

Darmani can use:

• Happy Masks (including the Giant's Mask).

  Happy Masks will turn Darmani back to Link.

Darmani can use the following items, but not properly:

• Bomb and Powder Keg (no toss)
• Empty Bottle (no swing)
• Bombchus (no drop)
• Deku Stick

  Status unknown. I think it can't be used, but because of Darmani's large size, it could have been hidden inside. Such a conclusion would prove it could not be swung.

Darmani cannot use:

• Deku Nut
• Pictograph Box (gives you the buzz)
• Hookshot
• Great Fairy's sword (like the Deku Stick, unconfirmed)
• Bow (freezes)

Zora Link (Mikau)

Mikau can use:

• Happy Masks (including the Giant's Mask).

  Happy Masks will turn Mikau back to Link.

The following items will cause Mikau to launch boomerangs:

• Bow
• Hookshot

Mikau can use the following items, but not properly:

• Deku Stick
• Great Fairy's Sword (no swing)

Mikau cannot use:

• Deku Nut
• Pictograph Box (it will buzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz!)
