Minish Cap Glitches - Missing Bomb Bag Upgrade

Requirements
- Deepwood Shrine completed
- Bomb Bag
- Access to Hyrule Town
- Rupees
Instructions
- Go to Stockwell's shop and buy the Wallet upgrade for 80 Rupees
- Exit the shop and gather 300 Rupees
- Go back to the shop and buy the Boomerang
- Exit the shop and enter again
Result
The Bomb Bag upgrade will not be available to purchase. Technically, it should be available after buying the Boomerang, but even after that, it does not appear on the shelf.
Notes
In the American version, this upgrade normally appears on Boomerang's former place. There is no way to obtain this upgrade in the European version of the game.
All this is probably due to the European version of the game having started its localization process prior to the Japanese debug team having fixed the glitch prior to the Japanese release of the game. This is why the glitch isn't present in the American version, as that version's localization process took place after all Japanese programming, including the fix for this glitch, was finished.
This glitch is present on all European GBA cartridges and remains present in the European 3DS re-release.
