Instructions

1. Go to the Postman's building in the past.
2. Using the Power Bracelet, you can pick up the bottom part of one of the shelves to reveal stairs. If you go down the stairs, you'll appear back in the room with the three shelves back where they were.
3. If you're careful, you can go over the stairs and pick up the top half of the shelf, allowing you to go up a screen.

Result

You'll end up in the right screen of Rafton's house, stuck in the lower wall.
