Talk:A Link to the Past Glitches - Light World Bunny

Possible Error
One, according to Zanapher, this occurs in the SNES version as well. Second, also according to him, (I have done a 000 finish, but in more than one segment) this only occurs when you clear the game with no Moon Pearl. Explanation: The last room visited was in the Dark World. Because you had no Moon Pearl, when the game is reloaded, you end up as a bunny. When you start inside a building, you technically are in neither world, thus you stay in your current form. Because I am merely using information, I still need someone to verify this before re-writing the glitch page. The Link to the Past 22:51, 17 June 2011 (CDT)
- Ok. I tried this on the SNES version, and the glitch does not occur there for a simple reason: when you beat the game on the SNES version, you always end up on top of the Pyramid of Power, no matter where you were last. This is different on the GBA version, which remembers where you saved last, and if you never saved before, it puts you in one of several predestined locations, depending on whether you've visited them before (either Link's house, the secret passage, or Zelda's cell). So when you use the underworld glitch to beat the game right away, you restart inside the secret passage (provided you never got Zelda from her cell), but due to this glitch, you end up as a pink bunny, even if you go out to the Light World (as seen in the YouTube video). -- Prince Kassad 09:05, 18 June 2011 (CDT)
- Now I get it. You were never supposed to be in the Dark World in Phase 1, therefore there is no test to see if you are a bunny yet. (To change back to Link) Forgive me please! XD The Link to the Past 14:32, 18 June 2011 (CDT)
