What is the purpose of this and other, similar, recently created area pages? I would like to restate that ZC is not a replacement for Zelda Wiki, the focus here is on glitches and beta content, not general information about the games... Zcwikiadmin (talk) 16:29, 13 March 2013 (EDT)
- Curly had started a project a while back where we could sort glitches by area. Not sure what these new pages are though, they don't seem to fit that purpose. - Zafum (talk) 17:47, 13 March 2013 (EDT)
- By the looks of it, I think it's following this page's style, minus the part about glitches. Although, I'm still a little mixed on the whole glitches by area thing. I think it's rather pointless to have enemies and items listed on these pages. Xen (talk) 10:19, 14 March 2013 (EDT)
- Yeah I had started a Glitches by Area project a while back, so I presume that's what these pages are for. With regards to enemies and items, Xen, I stopped putting them on the pages as, like you say, it's pointless having them there. Obviously I haven't yet removed these from all of the outstanding area pages. Curly (talk) 13:08, 14 March 2013 (EDT)
- I had just started making some of these Glitches by Area pages 2 days ago. I love the idea of it, but I too agree with Xen and Curly. The enemies and items shouldn't have to be on these pages. I'm not even sure if it's good to have the description of the area in it. I'm not planning on adding any enemies or items in with these pages. All I'm doing is writing a description. I will continue making more of these pages with its glitches today and the upcoming days. If you'd like, I can help with the deletion of enemies and items in these pages. And can we add just a map of the area at the least, so people can actually see where the location is in the game, rather than just having to understand the text description? - I'm not entirely sold on the idea, but if it's something you want to do it's OK. However, rather than just making the area pages with the descriptions, I think you should be adding glitches to them as you make them, so that they are immediately of use, otherwise we just end up with these description pages serving no purpose (until someone gets around to adding glitches to them).Zcwikiadmin (talk) 19:26, 14 March 2013 (EDT)
