I tried this on PAL version with bomb and bombchu replaced bottles and noticed no immediate weird effects, it was too tedious to try and replace more items atm, maybe later Zcwikiadmin 03:52, 3 December 2010 (UTC)

Well it was later discovered that the results differ between NTSC and JAP. Wouldn't surprise me if the same is true with PAL as well. -- Prince Kassad 19:59, 4 December 2010 (UTC)

Bomb BA has no noticeable effect in the US version as well, and bombchu BA only corrupts your Bomber's Code, making it unusable. It's probably the same way on the PAL version. One PAL player, however, has found that Powder Keg and Great Fairy Sword BA do not give you the rock sirloin when you load a new area, unlike their American counterparts. More testing is probably necessary to find some small differences. --Darkeye14 20:36, 4 December 2010 (UTC)
