1. Go to the highest ledge in the tallest room of the Palace of Twilight
2. Drop a bomb down from the ledge

Result

Despite the fact that the bomb is so far away, its explosion sounds just as loud as it would if it were close.

Notes

The sound of the fuse on the other hand does diminish in volume as the bomb gets further away.
