Requirements

  • You must not have yet obtained Ooccoo in the Goron Mines.
  • You must also not have previously completed the Goron Mines, as doing so will remove Ooccoo from the dungeon.

Instructions

  1. Head to Gor Amoto's room in the Goron Mines.
  2. Obtain Ooccoo on the upper tier.

Result

After the sequence where you obtain Ooccoo plays out normally, the dungeon's regular music will begin playing. However, in Gor Amoto's room, this is the wrong music--the rooms of the Goron elders play a different theme than the dungeon's regular music. The dungeon's regular music will play in Gor Amoto's room as long as you don't leave it after obtaining Ooccoo.

Explaination

The fact that the wrong music plays in this situation is probably due to a simple programming oversight. After the Ooccoo sequence takes place in a dungeon, the game signals to resume that dungeon's regular music. This, however, creates an unintended effect in the Goron Mines, as the room Ooccoo is in in that dungeon does not play the dungeon's regular music; since the game signals to play the dungeon's regular music after the Ooccoo sequence in the Goron Mines, this is why the wrong music starts to play in Gor Amoto's room.
