Instructions

1. Enter Hyrule Castle.
2. Go to the right - side gate.
3. Defeat enemies and open door.
4. Proceed to the north - east part of Map with with a blocked transition.
5. Transform into wolf and pull chain.
6. Go to "hole", from chain come out and dash into it.

Result

You'll hear "death" sound and screen will fade. Wolf will respawn at entrance.
