Watergate

Isn't the watergate in the primary exploration zone? --The Link to the Past 22:07, 7 February 2011 (CST)

What he means is the room in the Light World where you pull the switch to drain the water. That one is in fact in the secondary exploration zone (room 267). -- Prince Kassad 03:36, 8 February 2011 (CST)
No, on my GBA cart, when I enter the Exploration Zone from the Gargoyle Dungeon, (Level 4, Leads to Primary) After going south twice and east once, I can access that room. Most of the time I'm trapped in though. :3 --The Link to the Past 14:07, 8 February 2011 (CST)
Hmm. Could that possibly be part of the Four Swords dungeon? That particular room is empty on the SNES. -- Prince Kassad 14:16, 8 February 2011 (CST)
Whoops. I know that the watergate is south of Level 4 in the Primary Exploration Zone... but I forget the directions exactly. I believe that I accidently led to the FS dungeon, try going 3 units south. --The Link to the Past 16:06, 8 February 2011 (CST)
Now that in turn suggests that in the GBA, the exploration zone works differently and allows you to seamlessly transition between the primary and secondary exploration zones. On the SNES, going south thrice would loop you back to the top part of the exploration zone, in a room of the Dark Palace. But 219 (Blind's Hideout entrance) + 16 + 16 + 16 happens to match 267 so maybe the GBA works differently? -- Prince Kassad 17:52, 8 February 2011 (CST)
Maybe you're right. Can you access Death Mountain Caverns (Light) from the Primary Exploration Zone in the SNES version? --The Link to the Past 19:02, 8 February 2011 (CST)
Yes. The Mountain Cave is room 228, and easily accessible from the Primary Exploration Zone on the SNES. -- Prince Kassad 12:52, 9 February 2011 (CST) (edit: unless you are referring to the various other caves that are there...?)
Both. I can access the Mountain Cave from Primary on GBA, and the other caves. --The Link to the Past 14:22, 9 February 2011 (CST)
