This template can be used for urgent warning texts like the Crooked Cartridge warning. This template has the benefit of providing a consistent appearance for urgent warnings; its use of HTML and CSS makes the warnings stand out from plain text.
It uses inline CSS, so the code isn't particularly elegant, but it's also easier to change the appearance -- you don't have to go digging through external files or anything. Not sure how well it'll hold up under other themes, though.
