2. Talk to the blue Gorman brother, when he asks you whether you want to race, say yes. The Gorman brother will say you don't have enough rupees.
3. Go to the orange Gorman brother and talk to him.

The orange Gorman brother will briefly say "ERROR***" before the message box goes away.
