Instructions

1. Using the Bow or Hookshot, blast away Majora's balloon (near the Great Fairy's shrine).
2. Play the Bombers' challenge.
3. Go to East Clock Town.
4. Find the kid with the Cucco.
5. Grab the Cucco and walk onto the Milk Bar roof.
6. Walk forward and throw the Cucco onto the fence.
7. Quickly grab the Cucoo.
8. Face Link to the wall and pull the analog stick forward. You'll fly over the wall.
9. Now, push the analog stick to the southeast position and make Link fall on the ground.

Result

If done right, Link will fall on the ground and the Cucco animation will be frozen (it doesn't move).
