Instructions

1. Take any pictograph in the swamp in a cycle where you haven't revived Koume or beaten Woodfall Temple
2. Talk to the guy in charge of the pictograph contest
3. When he asks you whether you want 5 rupees or a free boat cruise, chose the free boat cruise

Result

You will take the boat cruise despite the fact that you need to revive Koume first in order to take it the normal way
