Instructions

1. Grab a dog in Clock Town and take it up the stairs on either side of the clock tower.
2. Perform the Warping Dog glitch, but wait until the dog falls into the water.
3. Pick up the dog while in the water.
4. Run around with the dog and target it when you can.
5. Continue to target the dog.

Result

After a while you will start to spin in place and get stuck in a never ending cycle of you spinning and the dog sitting and standing up.

Notes

If you don't perform step 4, you will slowly move while standing. I have lightly tested the results of using it on the clock tower and you can climb the lightly angled side for a ways.
