Instructions

1. Get into the final boss battle with Ganon.
2. After you watch the cutscene where you lose the Master Sword do the Use Restricted Items glitch to use Farore's Wind and set a warp point.
3. Do the Use Restricted Items glitch again to warp and re-watch the cutscene.

Result

You will now have a unequipped Master Sword in your inventory, and if you look near Zelda the Master Sword is also stuck in the ground there. If you save and quit at this point when you reload up the game, you will be Swordless Link with an unequipped Master Sword in your inventory.
