Instructions

1. As Adult Link, enter Zora's Fountain.
2. There is a tree trunk which rises out of the water and then goes back in. In the past, Link stood on here at the start of the cinema where Ruto gives you the Zora's Sapphire. Climb on top of this.
3. Equip the Hover Boots and walk to the very edge of the tree trunk.
4. Take a small step towards the edge and immediately take out the Ocarina. If you don't slide over the edge, put the Ocarina away and repeat this step.

Result

Link'll slide over the edge and end up playing the Ocarina underwater.
