Ocarina of Time Miscellaneous Glitches - Blue Halo

Requirements
- Must not yet have gained the Master Sword for the first time
- Sun's song
Instructions
- Travel forward in time.
- When you eventually regain control of Link after Sheik has finished talking to you, play the Sun's Song.
Result
You'll reappear at the Master Sword pedestal and a small blue halo will be encircling the the inner most part of the pedestal; the halo will disappear when you leave the Temple.
This only works the first time you travel forwards in time.
Explanation
The blue halo is actually the blue column of light that shows up when Link returns to the Temple after meeting Rauru; it's just been almost completely flattened (or "buried" beneath the floor).
Method 2
Requirements
- Must not yet have gained the Master Sword for the first time
Instructions
- Get the Master Sword.
- Once you regain control of Link, move to the right side of the "pillar" on the left side of the way out of the room.
- Align Link so that he is facing the corner connecting the pillar and the wall, then Z-Target. If Link now faces either the pillar or the wall, and not the corner, retry aligning.
- If Link still faces the corner, press C-up and make sure the corner touches the sword button.
- Jumpslash, and hold forward, you will now fall into the void.
- Repeat until you lost all your hearts, then continue playing after dying.
Result
