Instructions

1. Go to Gerudo Fortress.
2. Call and mount Epona.
3. Go to the location shown in the screenshot, on the cliff above the rope with a sign on it.
4. Face Epona towards the very end of the cliff, where it meets the wall.
5. Charge towards this point.

Result

If you were aiming at the right spot, Epona should run right off the cliff and fall to the ground below.
