Instructions

1. Go to Gerudo Valley, and call and mount Epona.
2. Ride up to one of the two wooden posts on either side of the bridge.
3. Line Epona up so she is facing the very small gap between the post and the edge of the stone platform.
4. Attempt to ride through the gap.

Result

With speed and the correct angle, Epona should be forced off the platform and fall either onto the bridge or into the river below, depending on whether the bridge has been repaired or not.
