1. Perform the Gerudo Child glitch.
2. While on this side of the bridge, you can enter the Carpenter's Tent even though it's not visible. See the screenshot for the approximate position.

Notes

If you rescue all the Carpenters as Child Link, the bridge will be fixed when you travel forward in time.
