Instructions

1. As Adult Link, go to the Fishing Pond and pay to fish.
2. Steal the Fisherman's hat with your fishing rod.
3. With the hat still on the rod, go around the pond until you find the Sinking Lure. Choose to use it.

Result

The hat will disappear, but it is still on the end of the rod. If you talk to the Fisherman, he'll take the hat back and it will appear on his head.
