Instructions

1. Go to Lake Hylia.
2. Head to the north-west corner of the Lakeside Laboratory -- not the stone tower sticking out of the side, but the corner of the actual building.
3. Walk into the corner until it begins to overlap with the top of Link's hood.
4. Turn exactly 180 degrees so that you're facing away from the corner.
5. Do a backflip.

Result

If you had the positioning right, Link will backflip through the corner. There's even a hole in the ground, allowing you to drop into some water that exists beneath the ground. It is possible to actually enter the Lakeside Laboratory by walking into the dark space behind the door; you could also walk back out through the walls and open the door normally, but that's not nearly as interesting.
