Instructions

1. Enter the Fire Temple.
2. To the right of the stairs is a door behind a statue. Use the Megaton Hammer to get rid of the statue and go through the door.
3. Defeat all the enemies in this room and go through the newly unlocked door.
4. Dodge all the flying floor tiles, then go and stand in the corner behind the Like-Like.
5. It should envelop you and then spit you out into the corner; before Link stops flashing red, whip out your Hookshot/Longshot and shoot the Like-Like.

Result

You should be forced through the corner and will fall for a while before being returned to the entrance to the room.
