Requirements
- You need to have a shield equipped; if playing as Child Link, it needs to be the Deku Shield.
Instructions
- While not Z-Targeting anything, hold R.
- While holding R, press B.
Result
Link will do a stab with his sword. While this may not seem extraordinary, it is. The "low stab" has the power of your last sword attack. So if the last attack you did was a jumping attack, then the low stab will be as powerful as a jumping attack.
Notes
- You can do this with any sword and you can switch between different swords and the low stab will still retain it's power. If you leave the area, the low stab's power will be gone.
- You can also do this with the Megaton Hammer, use it, then do the low stab (with a sword), you will be able to break rocks.
- You can also use a sword, and then stab with the Megaton Hammer and be unable to break rocks.
- If you are good with this glitch and use a deku stick jump strike for 4x damage of kokiri sword swing, you can kill Gohma in one attack cycle, or five seconds real time.
