Requirements

• Nayru's Love with enough magic to cast it.
• Bombs.
• Deku Shield if you're young Link.

Instructions

1. As either child or adult cast Nayru's Love.
2. Take out a bomb and put it down in front of you.
3. Hold Z (L in GCN) and R and take a few steps back.
4. When the bomb explodes Link slides back a bit, as this happenes do a backflip.

Result

Link will do a backflip four times the distance as a normal one. This glitch is useful for getting to certain areas early or areas that are not normally possible to get to with Link's normal jump, such as to Shadow Temple as young Link.
