Instructions

1. Enter Gerudo Fortress during the day.
2. Exit from there to Gerudo Valley.
3. From there go back to the Gerudo's Fortress.
4. Play the Sun's Song.

Result

You'll now be in the Fortress at night, but the Gerudo theme will still be playing. (Very few areas still have their background music playing at night, and the Gerudo Fortress is not one of them.)
