Ocarina of Time Miscellaneous Glitches - Outside the Fire
Instructions
- Get into the final battle with Ganon (the pig monster, not the man).
- Fight him up to the point where you hit him and he falls to the ground, giving you a chance to retrieve the Master Sword -- try and make it so he falls down close to the edge of the area you are fighting on.
- Get the Master Sword and head back towards Ganon. Keep as close to the edge of the arena as possible.
- Once you get close to Ganon, put a chunk of rubble lying on the ground between him and you -- it must be a big chunk and it must be directly between you and Ganon.
- While still behind the chunk of rubble, shoot Ganon with a Fire Arrow, or hit him with Din's Fire.
Result
The attack will make Ganon get back up, and the wall of flames will reappear. Link will get hit by the flames and would get knocked back towards the middle of the area, but the chunk of rubble is in the way. Link will therefore hit the rubble and get knocked back into the flames, which will knock him back into the rubble, which will knock him back into the flames, which...
You will now be rapidly, constantly, and unstoppably bouncing between the rubble and flames. This will result either in you losing no health and bouncing forever; or you slowly losing health until you die, with your corpse continuing to be knocked back and forth between the flames and the rubble. If Ganon comes over, he will swing at you with his swords but it won't have any effect -- you are now trapped.
