Instructions
- As Adult Link, go to Gerudo Valley, and call and mount Epona.
- Place Epona near the bottom of one of the ramps connecting the bridge to the ground (see screenshot), and dismount her.
- Leave Epona on the ramp and go to Lon-Lon Ranch.
- While in Lon-Lon Ranch, play Epona's Song. Immediately enter and exit one of the buildings in the Ranch.
Result
Epona should now be located underneath the ground somewhere in the fenced in area in the middle of the Ranch. How much of her is sticking out of the ground depends on where she was on the ramp in Gerudo Valley.
If she appears above ground like normal then you probably placed her too far up the ramp.
Explanation
When you dismount Epona in an area, her coordinates are remembered so that if you exit the area then come back later, she'll still be in the same place. If you leave the area, go somewhere else, and then call Epona, the game will place her at the same coordinates in the new area. So it's possible to leave her at one spot in one area, and then summon her to a really odd spot in another area using Epona's Song.
The coordinates are likely relative to either the northwest corner of the map or its center.
