Requirements

• Hookshot/Longshot
• Iron Boots
• Master Sword

Instructions

1. Perform Ladder Slip in Zora's Domain.
2. Do a jump slash, then slowly walk to the left, that you can see the wall.
3. Stand on the edge of ice.
4. Jump out of the ice, so Link starts to swim.
5. Equip the Iron Boots.
6. Push the analog stick forward.
7. After a few seconds, re-equip the Kokiri Boots.
8. Repeat steps 5 & 7, until you're above the bottom of the water.
9. Equip the Iron Boots once more.

Result

Link will sink to the bottom of frozen Zora's Ice. It's the easiest way to get to there.
