Instructions

1. As Swordless Link, go to the Gerudo Fortress Horseback Archery Range.
2. Talk to the Gerudo and choose to play the archery course.
3. Once you have started the course, use the Ocarina to dismount Epona, and play the Song of Storms.

Result

Blinding blue fog will fill the archery range. At times it gets so thick that nothing, not even Link, can be seen. It goes away after about a minute.
