Requirements

Go to the path leading to Ganons Tower.
Locate and freeze one of the moblins you find there.
Lift the moblin and wait until it starts to shake like it ts about to thaw.
Put down the Moblin before it completley thaws.
if all went right when it thaws, the A button should say lift. Press A to lift the Moblin.

you will now be able to walk around while holding an unfrozen Moblin in your hands.

While you are holding the moblin, it will be hard to walk around because you are trying to fight against the Moblin trying to move.
