Requirements
You must be in the Forbidden Woods, and in the room with the big reddish brown flower.
Instructions
1: Cut the flower down with your boomerang
2: Jump down onto the land next to the water.
3: Jump into the water and swim under the flower.
Result
Link will be underwater, and you will be able to see his full swimming animation.
