ZeldaChaos:Verifying Glitches
From ZeldaChaos
This is going to be a relatively short page, but it should cover that which is necessary nonetheless.
Procedure on verifying glitches
There are two methods that you can use to verify glitches:
- Be certain that videos exist to prove the glitch's validity. Images can also be used, but are not viewed to be as solid in terms of proof.
- Test the glitch yourself, and see whether or not the glitch works. For assistance in the self-verification of OoT, MM, and WW glitches in a swift and effective manner, see this page.
If the purported glitch can be verified using neither of the above, mark the glitch with a "0" so as to designate it as being unverified. This is accomplished like so:
{{TPGlitchHeader|1|1|verified=0}} {{TPGlitchHeader|1|1}}
Either of the above works.
When remarking an unverified glitch as a verified glitch, simply do the opposite of the above. In other words, change "verified=0" to "verified=1." If "verifed=0" is not present, add "verified=1" to the end.
