Instructions

1. Go to Kakariko Village and grab a Cucco.
2. Head toward the old hag potion shop.
3. Once down there you should see a ladder and two 90 degree angles.
4. Drop the Cucco at the left side of the ladder (make sure it stays in the 90 degree angle to the left of the ladder).
5. Now head to the 90 degree angle on the right side of the ladder and back-flip into it.
6. Then do a Triple Slash Clip. Once in the wall, walk slowly towards the ladder (you'll see it through the wall) and grab the Cucco.
7. Once you have the Cucco hold the lock on button and back-walk off into the void and head straight into the well

Result

If done correctly Link will appear in the Bottom of the Well. You can't get past the crawl tunnel with adult link however.

Notes

This can be done as Adult Link or Young Link. Also once in the wall, if you back up too far, you'll fall into a void and have to do everything over again.
