Instructions

1. Turn on the N64.
2. Press start twice to get rid of the title screen.
3. Just before the file select screen loads do the Crooked Cartridge trick for half a second.

Result

If you were fast enough and timed it right, the file select screen will appear, but instead of it's usual rotating sky background, it'll have a rotating mess of bright neon colours.

You can also do this with the sky in game when it changes from day to night or night to day, but I haven't worked out the exact timing for it yet.
