1. Go to Kokiri Forest as Child Link.
2. Climb the spiral ramp that winds around Saria's house.
3. Once you're up there, go across the bridges to where the blond haired Kokiri is.
4. Stand to the left or right of her and talk to her.

Result

As she turns towards you, Link will take a step back and fall to the ground below, but the conversation won't be affected.
