Instructions

1. Take Epona to any distinct corner. You must have loaded the area while on Epona; you can't have gotten on Epona while in the area your trying the glitch.
2. Slowly back her up into the corner so that her side goes slightly through the corner.
3. Line up Link with the corner, so that he won't pop out on either side of the wall.
4. Get off your horse.

Result

If all was done right, and Link was lined up correctly, then he should have gone through the wall, and have fallen either have fallen into a void, be swimming in a void, or be walking around on an invisible platform. It's important to note that not all corners will allow you to do this.
