Instructions

1. Enter the Forest Temple and go to the main room.
2. Call Stone of Time.
3. Shoot Eye Switch and go through the door.
4. Go to the other side of the well.
5. Go through the door that leads back into the main room.
6. You'll appear inside Stone of Time on the other side of the door. Walk back through the door - don't open it, just walk through it.

Result

You're now in the partially loaded room - the room's terrain is loaded, but none of its textures or objects are present.
