Instructions

1. Go the Gerudo Training Grounds.
2. Take the door on the left.
3. Go through the next door.
4. Go through the next door.
5. Press the switch hidden behind a fake wall, then move the block and go through the next door.
6. In this room there are three Like-Likes. Stand in the corner behind the one furthest away from the door.
7. It should envelop you and then spit you out into the corner; before Link stops flashing red, whip out your Hookshot/Longshot and shoot the Like-Like.

Result

You should be forced through the corner and will fall for a while before being returned to the entrance to the room.
