Instructions

1. Get up to the final battle with Ganon.
2. Let Ganon knock the Master Sword out of Link's hands.
3. Perform the Ocarina Items glitch and play the Sun's Song.

Result

The cinema showing Navi saying sorry to Link and the sound coming from the ruins will play again, Ganon will then knock the Master Sword from Link's hands (again).

Once you get control of Link, pause and look at the Equipment Subscreen. There will be an unequipped Master Sword there (which you can equip and use), but if you look over by Zelda, you'll find a second Master Sword in the ground.

If, at this point, if you save and quit without equipping the Master Sword, the next time you start the game, you'll start as Swordless Link, even on versions 1.1, 1.2, GCN, And MQ!
