Instructions

1. As Adult Link, enter the Water Temple.
2. Drop down to the bottom floor and enter the east room, where you meet Princess Ruto.
3. Walk right up to the torch in the far right corner, and repeatedly and very rapidly shoot it with your Hookshot/Longshot.

Result

After a short time you should be pulled through the wall and into the space beyond the wall. The space beyond the wall is simply the next room, but with only its terrain loaded.
