Instructions

1. As Child Link, find a vine or other climbable wall that you would like to perform this glitch on. The wall also needs a Skulltula on it.¹

   ¹ The Skulltula isn't necessary; you need Link to take damage as he grabs onto the vines, and Skulltulas are ideal for the task as they tend to remain in one place.

2. Climb directly above the Skulltula, so that if you were to move down one step, you would touch it and be knocked off the wall.
3. Climb straight up exactly 16 steps.
4. Press A to drop off the vine, and then immediately hold the analog stick forwards.

Result

Link should hit the Skulltula as he grabs back onto the vine, causing him to be knocked through the wall.
