Instructions

1. As Swordless Link, call and mount Epona.
2. Go to the entrance of either Lon-Lon Ranch or the Gerudo's Fortress.
3. Wait until just before nightfall (as in right before the wolf howls) and then enter.
4. Head to Malon/Archery Course Gerudo and choose to play the Obstacle Course/Archery challenge.
5. Once the event has started, use the Ocarina to dismount Epona and play the Song of Storms.

Result

Blinding red fog will fill the ranch. At times it gets so thick that nothing, not even Link, can be seen. It goes away after about a minute.
