Ocarina of Time The Master Glitches - Invisibility
From ZeldaChaos
Instructions
- Do the Master Glitch.
- Now, while in the tent/Fortress, play the Serenade of Water to warp to Lake Hylia.
Result
When you arrive there you will be on Epona on the warp pad, but Link will be invisible. The invisibility will last until you enter a new area. Also, a few odd side effects occur...
- The first-person camera is desynchronized from Link -- it doesn't stay in his head when he moves. If, after doing the glitch, you bring Link over to, say, the Fishing Pond entrance, and then press C-Up (or aim the bow, the Hookshot, etc.), the camera will shift all the way back to the big tree (where you warped in) and then aim. Arrows and the Hookshot also fire from this position, with the latter crashing the game (see the third bullet point).
- Picked up items aren't synchronized with Link. Try pulling out a bomb, running a short distance away, and pressing A to throw it. The bomb will be thrown from where you originally picked it up, not from where you're actually standing -- when Link moves while carrying it, the game forgets to make it move with him. The same is true of rocks and bushes.
- The Hookshot/Longshot also glitches when latching onto something.
