Instructions

1. Activate Mask Storage on the ledge beside the Bomber who asks for the code.
2. Walk through the bomber while Ghost Mode is active.

Result

Thanks to Mask Storage he will be able to walk through the bomber, thus skipping the code. Unfortunately this has no real use since you can only do this after aquiring a transformation mask.
