2. Do the Defy Tatl glitch.
3. Dismount Epona.

You'll get an item on B.

If you're Deku Link, it will be the Town Title Deed. If you're Goron Link or Zora Link, you'll get a beta item which is not used at all in the game - the Hylian Loach. It can't be used, however.
