Instructions

1. Do the Any item on Epona glitch with the Ocarina on a c-button.
2. Take out the Ocarina.
3. Play the Song of Soaring.
4. Choose to warp to the mountain village.
5. Once you arrive head off to the Goron Shrine.
6. Get the Goron to open the door (or do it yourself) and enter.
7. Head to the upper level where the room with the goron elder's child is.
8. Enter the room with the Goron child in it.

Result

As you enter the room, Epona will disappear from beneath you and the game will not actually freeze but will be locked-up. The game is now stuck like this until you reset.
